Account details you provide directly: name, email address, shipping addresses and phone number.
Order information: the pieces you purchase, sizes selected, and payment status (payment itself is processed by Razorpay; DIVASHA does not store card details).
Usage data collected automatically through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity: pages visited, device and browser type, and on-site behaviour.
Error and performance diagnostics collected through Sentry to keep the site running correctly.
How we use your information
To process and fulfil your orders, issue digital certificates, and provide customer support.
To send order confirmations and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, using the analytics tools listed above.
Third parties
We share information with the service providers needed to run the site: Supabase (hosting and database), Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
