These terms govern your use of divasha.com, your account, and any purchase you make from the house.

Editions and availability
Each piece is released in a numbered edition of 100. Once an edition is fully claimed, that piece is no longer available for purchase.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed through Razorpay.
DIVASHA reserves the right to cancel an order in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfil.
Certificates of provenance
Each piece carries a unique digital certificate, verifiable at /certificate, tied to its edition number.
The certificate is not a transferable financial instrument; it attests to the piece’s provenance only.
Account use
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the address and contact details on file.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
